Within Luzon: We outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 3-5 days.

Within Visayas/Mindanao:We outsource our logistics and you should receive your order within 5-9 days.

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you should receive a corresponding tracking number which you can enter on the courier’s website to check on the status of your package.


Products with manufacturing/production defects such as:
• Leaking due to defective caps
• Originally sealed bottles with foreign objects inside
• No label/mislabel
• Sealed but no content / half-filled
• Sedimentation in liquid preparations


What are NOT acceptable returns from customers?
• Not in original packing
B. Those products where the seal has been tampered with.
• Products soiled or damaged by fire, smoke, water, or heat and/or due to
improper handling and storage.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), debit cards, GCash (Direct or QR), and Maya Cash on delivery (COD) is only available in select cities.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
